The email response was quick, they answered the questions I posed, and immediately agreed that the problem was a remote that was failing to charge. Within a couple of hours a new replacement remote was dispatched to me and I am now back to feeling a bit more visible on those early morning rides. I was always pleased with the product, but the service was top notch!
