Step 2 Show the Crash Damage
Upload 1–5 photos of the crashed or broken helmet, describe what happened and add its serial number if available. Purchase proof, receipts and order numbers are not required.
Step 3 Use Your Approved Credit
After review, receive a single-use fixed credit worth 30% of your original helmet’s reviewed value. Choose an eligible helmet, including a higher-priced model, and pay the difference.

Terms & Conditions

  • This benefit covers a Lumos helmet that has actually been crashed or broken, subject to staff review of helmet identity, damage evidence and duplicate misuse checks. Submit 1–5 damage photos. No purchase evidence, receipt, order number or purchase-channel proof is required.
  • Approved claims receive a fixed credit equal to 30% of the original helmet’s reviewed value: its current regional Shopify price, or the approved MSRP sheet reference for an older model. The reviewed value, store, currency and credit amount are fixed at approval; no currency conversion is applied.
  • The credit can be used toward an eligible replacement helmet, including a higher-priced model. Pay any remaining balance. Standalone lights are excluded; the Aero GT helmet-and-light product is included.
  • Each approved code has no expiry and can be used once. Unused credit is forfeited; it is not cash or a remaining balance. One accident benefit is available per helmet.
  • The code is bound to the verified claimant and cannot be combined with other discount codes. Cancellations and refunds require manual review and do not automatically restore the code or credit.
